Why Vesta Exists
Vesta Advocacy was founded after a firsthand experience with a property manager who ignored 29 maintenance requests over 14+ months, falsified work orders, and attempted to collect fees with no legal basis.After navigating the system alone: filing with code enforcement, the NC Department of Justice, and building a documented case from scratch…One thing became clear: most tenants never figure this out. Not because they don’t have a case. Because no one shows them how. Vesta exists to change that.
Vesta is named for the Roman goddess of the hearth, the protector of home. Everyone deserves a safe one.

Vesta Advocacy helps tenants do what most property managers hope you never figure out; build a real, documented case. We work across eight issue types including maintenance neglect, habitability violations, security deposit disputes, illegal fees, retaliation, and wrongful eviction defense.
At Vesta Advocacy, pricing is always clear upfront— no hidden fees, no surprises, no fine print. We believe tenants deserve to know exactly what they’re getting and exactly what it costs before committing to anything. That’s the standard we hold our clients’ landlords to, and it’s the standard we hold ourselves to too.
Our Services
Package 1:
Intake Consultation — $50–$75
A 30-minute call to assess your situation, identify your rights, and map out your next steps. Includes a written follow-up summary email with suggested actions.
No commitment required beyond the consultation.
Package 2:
Complaint Package — $150–$250
Full evidence organization, chronological timeline, applicable NC statute identification, drafted complaint letters, and agency filing instructions. Intake consultation included — no double charging.
Full Advocacy Package: $300–$500
End-to-end service from intake through attorney handoff. Includes complaint submission, demand letter drafting, ongoing communication tracking, and three follow-up check-ins over 60 days. Everything in Packages 1 and 2 included — one flat range, no add-on surprises.
Add On:
Attorney Referral Coordination: $75–$150
Attorney-ready case file compilation and warm introduction to a tenant-rights attorney. Available as an add-on to any package. Only pay for this if your case needs it — we’ll tell you honestly if it doesn’t.
